Mind Taffy Logo Design exhibits the symmetry and succulence needed to etch concepts into the mind's eye of the viewing public. Ride Guide approached Mind Taffy Digital Artisans with a concept for their corporate logo sketched in pencil on a small cocktail napkin. We refined the curves of the logo into symmetrical arcs and lines in order to create the final 3D logo (and later i3D screensaver) shown below.
A Ride Guide i3D screensaver was also created for the company, featuring the logo over a car with interactive color changes when the user places the mouse over the car.
Audio Research powerhouse SRS Labs also hired Mind Taffy Design to bring their 2D corporate logo into the 3D realm. SRS needed to heighten their brand identity by creating a 3D intro (much like Dolby has) to be utilized before Films, DVDs, Games and Television Shows that utilize their audio encoding and decoding technologies (many of which involve 3D audio). Mind Taffy delivered a 360 frame 3D Logo Animation that used SRS logo shapes and colors to create a memorable logo creation in 3D space, complete with logo animation and particle systems.
